    Thats the spirit mate

I reckon you'll blow 5Ghz out of the water easily! and I doubt you will fry it either, it should be obtainable with under 1.7vcore but if not then your ss should be ok holding upto 1.8v if necessary.. well at least just for cpuz suicide runs anywayz lol

Heres my ol' faithful C0 on ss before she died

    Cheeky using my score.

As I said in the other thread, feel free to ask for some advice if you want to, Marsey. I'm happy to help! I have quite a bit (nowhere near as much as some people) of experience on 775.

i think its a voltage issue, 545 is hit and miss but its almost there

if i get stuck mate i will ask everybody for advice tbh but atm i am just getting back into the swing of things, you know yourself i have a bit of voltage headroom here and i will push that envelope more next time as both these chips are at the point where the steps up in mhz need massive jumps in voltage

tbh tho dude, i aint sure if i have to cooling to beat your times, regardless of how good the motivation to beat a team mate is

That time was set on my phase when I had it. I'm sure you could get near to it if your chip is a decent clocker like mine was.

I couldn't get any more FSB out of it without more cooling and a cold NB.

my q9550 is still fastest in uk too, i put it in before and gave it a quick bash. think i need lower ambient or better cooling (little dice pot maybe?) on the nb as its the mobo thats getting warm now and the q needs more vmch than the duos too.

Lower ambient temps will make your phase run hotter dude.
