XP - Vista upgrade voucher

Got an email from Aria today offering an upgrade from XP (OEM) - Vista.

XP Home - Vista Home Basic £64.57 Inc. VAT

XP Pro - Vista Business £93.94 Inc. VAT

These seem good prices depending on:

1) Whether this is an upgrade to Vista OEM or retail (If retail, its better news)!!

2) How much Vista OEM is as to make it worthwhile.

What do others thinK?

I have XP pro already so could sell the Aria spare later to get some of my cash back.

P.S. When will Aria get OEM copies of Vista. Although the retail versions are due out on Jan 2007, OEM copies for system builders are out this month arn't they????

do you think you'll be able to shift a copy of XP pro or home when vista is out tho?

Yep, I do. Not all PC's will be able to run Vista.
