Latest project:
http://helen.lab-media.co.uk/index.php#
Everything on there has been done by myself; logo, design and photo.
What do you think? Its meant to be some sort of splash page, but have put some content on them otherwise it'd be useless SEO. The client can change the final copy, but that's the first draft for now (1 of 3).
I have been working on my latest project for about 4 months now in my free time. Basically its a website that will allow students to interact with their teacher/lecturer better by discreetly allowing students to show how well they understand the current topic. Also working on adding extra features like questions and feedback. The website is still hidden away but I do have some screen shots.

Getting to grips with Wordpress now!
Working on this for my fiancée, it's a make-up and hair blog! So please guys feel free to tell your wives and girlfriends - I need feedback to make sure the design is going in the right directions!

Looks good Mr. Crab, although I recommend losing the ellipsis (ellipsies?) in each nav link.
And I'm not sure about the lipstick cursor, just my preference though. Maybe swap it for an P90 with a silencer?
The three dots at the end of a sentence/word is called an ellipsis "...". Look a bit silly in the navigation links, so I'd remove them. Also, your lipstick cursor doesn't work in Firefox, infact, the cursor disappears altogether.
Also in IE, the banner logo at the top seems to have some issues loading/linking?

Try uploading the image and linking to that?
Yeah looks fine now!
just a word of warning about 'free' wordpress themes..
they quite often have malicious (to varying degrees) code embedded in them, usually encoded as base 64.
check this article: http://wpmu.org/why-you-should-never...anywhere-else/
it's not to say *ALL* free themes are bad, but run it through the tools they suggest to make sure

I've been slowly, gradually working on this image. I think I'm nearly done now. I think I prefer the desk in the dark wood that it's in now, rather than the same wood as the door. It just needs a little bit more work.
The purpose of the image is to sit in the middle of the homepage of my own website which I am working on as a means of graphically illustrating a welcome message to a user landing on my homepage. The website design is very simple with simple colours and gradient effects. The purpose of the website design is to draw attention to the images that I make; intended to look nice and easy on the eye, but not actually eye catching in itself, so that the eye is drawn to the actual graphics work displayed on the site. The site isn't online yet because I've been really busy over the last month or so which is why I have taken so long to produce this relatively simple graphic.
Anyway, thoughts/comments please?
