Default graphic card making a rattling noise

Finally remembered to check where the noise is coming from (after waking up) and it turns out it's one of the fans on the graphics card, not the sound card. It's defo the fan as when I stop it, the noise stops too. Should I RMA it?

Sounds suspiciously like a problem I had with a GTX260 - turns out that the fan itself had actually split and the force of it turning was pushing one of the fan blades fractionally off so that it hit the plastic casing. Sadly mine was out of warranty, so we had a go with some glue and fixed it! But if you can return it, do so (I bought a new card so that I wasn't running one held together by Loctite).

Yeah, this only happened on cold boots as well - until I whacked it up to 100% in RivaTuner. Then there was a very big noise, and after that it made the noise all the time. Whoops...
