Vaio laptops tend to be of high quality, and are reputable, not always the cheapest, it has to be said though.

I use a Vaio. No problems touch wood! Lovely laptop if not out of date already...And it has a blu-ray drive!
Had a Vaio for three years or so. Solid machine, had to have a headphone port and speaker replaced though.
Wanna buy it?![]()
exlent looking make u stand out amongs hundreds on the road (not something good upping the possiblility of getting robbed bymore then half)
another thing i dont thing it wistand a hard drop
and waaaaaaaaaay overpriced
if i had to get a lapstop then i would go for a dell or asus but not sony becouse just having the name sony on a pice of plastic upts the price by hundred or more
I realise this thread is a little old but i have only just come across and thought i would have an input as a serial Sony VAIO buyer...i am on my second Sony laptop in around 6-7 years...i'd be lost without my latest one.
It is reliable and dependable and i would definitely recommend them. As mentioned above they can be towards the higher end of the price range, but in my eyes, certainly recommended.
mate sonys are fairly priced you get what you pay for with sonys,, but not everyone can afford them-- i have sony fw51zf 8gb ram p9600 c2d bluray writer 500gb cam bt - win7 16.4" full hd £1500 rrp- paid £949.00 open box@ aria
