Get a budget gaming system and a minilaptop like the Acer Aspire one, both will come under your budget with some fiddling

"Cheap" and "gaming laptop" are not words you will see being used together anywhere, as lynx said you maybe better off getting a cheap lappy and building a cheap desktop for gaming.
