Help setting up Core FTP

Hello people.

Im trying to setup a folder online so people can drag and drop files onto it.

And i can download them onto my computer, im not port illiterate or anything like that, ive just never used an ftp before, and i need to use an ftp for sure.

Any help would be really appreciated

Id give you all a reward for any help if i could think of anything
