    Default New ATI card

ATI has released it nexts high end card X1950XTX 512MB with memory running at 2000mhz, DDR4. The only change is the memory and the stepping of the R580 chip and basically the card is a X1900X with faster memory. It does well against the 7950GTX card.

I've run a fair amount of ati cards in my time from the original radeon (all in wonder jobbies, got it for the video capture really) to the mobility radeon 9600 in my laptop to what I'm currently using - an X800GTO in my 3yr old pc. In my new PC I'm planning on running either an X1900 based card (when you can actually get your hands on them) or (depending how long it takes to actually buy all the kit) a DX10 card.
