add Birthdays & Milestones (post count threads) to New Members forum?

Sometimes a large proportion of the active threads in general discussion are birthdays and celebrations of post counts. I just wondered if it would be a good idea to make the New Members forum New Members, Birthdays & Milestones (or some variation)

but maybe other people like it as is?

A serious matter that we need to attend to with birthday threads is that it should be made compulsory to have the following animated gif in the OP

Very much so. Most members I talk to off forum agree too. It's probably time to give it a rest. Over used meme is overused.
