I'm moving this week and it doesn't look like things have been sent out, so.. if it's sent out in the near future it will be wasted as I'll no longer be living there and I highly doubt anyone will forward it, they're more likely to throw it in the bin..

Any chance of my one from months ago? No idea why keeps getting missed out but others get sent out, special treatment for some? (Such as Zaim's one getting sent out so quick)

placed order at 2.30 pm ish, 45 minutes later i got a dispatch confirmation and 19 hours later its in my hands.

great service as per norm

my previous order had a slight hitch but i think i should speak of it now incase anybody else wonders.

last order i placed had an item out of stock, showed as in at the time of order but these things happen when you place orders at 3am after coming home from a lock in , so when i never received the dispatch confirmation during that day i got in contact with cserv via the forums around 4pm. this is the important bit as i always get the dispatch confirmation that day and normally very quickly but because i hadnt by then i wondered what was wrong. not long after i sent the pm i got a phone call from cserve explaining that i had somehow managed to find an item that was eol and offering me many cheaper alternatives. this in turn made it so my oder still got on the van on friday night and so i still got my delivery on saturday which i had paid for.


so nice1 dan and steve who made that slight issue vanish with ease, and anybody placing an order, make sure you get the 2nd email and if not phone or pm and see why not
