wireless - help!

I bought Lantech Wireless 54Mb B/band Router - 54Mbps Wireless USB adapter WL54G-BR + WL54G-USB PRO 8810-663A + 8810-634 from aria to set up wireless from my ntl broadband. I've wired the router to my pc and works fine wired, when i go to configure the router as per instructions (open browser. In address box type http://192.168.1.254) the browser doesnt display as shown, it has boxes instead of english with the odd identifiable word, so i cant configure it to use as a wireless router!

Can anyone help!!!

ok leave the router plugged in, look at the back and hold the rest button in for 30seconds.

Leave it for another 30seconds, take the plug out, wait 30seconds, plug it back in wait 30seconds again then try again. If it continues then post an image of what your seeing.

anyone else thinking the language is set to something other than english? looks a bit odd anyway. if the hardware reset doesn't help - um - RMA it or find someone fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese?
