Is anyone running an Ethernet Skype phone?

Quality?
Upgradability?

I'm looking to get a pair for the missus so she can call her family, we are on BT's option 3 but even then mobile calls can get a bit much!

So I got to thinking, if I spend £50-100 now, I can save later
