Using Vista Ultimate as we speak.

I have had problems running older Open GL games like Quake, Quake II and Quake III Arena on the latest ATi Drivers.

Games such as Farcry and FEAR work fine, though performace drops by about 10 frames-per-second compared to when I play them under Windows XP.

As yet there are no Direct X 10 games out anyway, so I'm unable to talk about DX10.

My card is a Radeon X1950 anyway, no DX10 support.

I have had no problems with drivers and software, though I am running the slightly safer x86 version, rather than running the 64-bit minefield.

    Default Vista

    Waiting for my free copy.

Should have it in a few months.

In no hurry - would like a service pack out before I actually install it.

    Default Wait

I'm waiting for my copy but it will be a few months.

If I wasn't getting it anyway, then the money would already be burning a hole in my pocket!

    Default Imaging

I've always used the (now discontinued) Drive Image software.

What problems are you having with the imaging software? Does Vista have a new DFS?

    Cheers.

Well at work we use R-Image (Paid Version)

And at the moment they dont support Vista, so whenever i need to image a hard drive i have to reboot into XP which gets annoying.

I have a thread somewhere on Imaging software for Vista but not had any luck really.

We used to use Drive image but im pretty sure they dont support Vista.

Vista will eventually get much better re compatibility and stability and other words ending in \"ity\". I remember XP going through this phase while I clung to Windows 98
