What is happening with my order?

I recently ordered from Aria (Feb 10th - 10am) via google checkout and have still recieved no word of it being processed. I have the google receipt but nothing else.

I was hoping that the parts would be with me by today considering the delivery charge was £11. I've used other sites in the past that cost less to deliver and have your order processed and shipped by next day.

Can anyone give me a rough estimate in how long it takes?

as a percentage of the total orders, the number of threads in here is actually quite small, but your query will be answered if you provide an order number that will help as it'll save time guessing your accounts.

Never had problems with Aria as of yet. Might be some glitches in the system?

I'm certainly not on here to whine about it, it's just the money has been taken from my account so I wondered what the status was.

Ther order is currently held on a security check, the details have been passed to the accounts manager for investigation.

How long does a security check usually take to complete?

Hi, the security check is now cleared, the order is awaiting stock of the Asus motherboard which is due on 16/2/10.

If you wish to change to an alternate instock motherboard please notify us so we can amend it for you.

Thanks for the update. I think i'll just wait, can't seem to find a board that offers the same performance for the same price, shame it went out of stock since the initial order

Just out of interest, what causes something to be stopped for a security check? The only time I've had it happen to me was the first time I wanted an item sent to a different address than my card billing address.. What else can cause it? Might be worth people knowing so that they can do everything to avoid it happening!

Sorry to bring up another issue....... it has been brought to my attention that there is a bug with google checkout delivery prices when using aria, does this mean I have overpaid for delivery because i've used that service? Will i get refunded the correct amount or do I just live with the mistake?

Great customer support on the forum btw, very impressed with the speed of response
