    I think....

I have never had a refund for the postage on Rma 219944

    can someone investigate?

I know it was 12 months ago!

To get a refund on the postage of sending something back to us you would need to email in a copy of the postage receipt.
If you still have this and would like to send it me then I will happily do the refund for you

I have put the amount on as a credit on your account and marked it as a refund and our accounts team will refund the amount shortly.
If you have not had the refund in about a weeks time please let me know and I will get on to our accounts team about it.

Just so you know we would normally not refund you this as it is almost 12 months since the return but as you’re a big forum member and a good customer I have done this as a good will gesture for you.
