(I tried to do this yesterday - but I think I did it wrong)

Received an email 22/1 confirming refund, asked for postage refund 22/1 - so far, no refund & no reply. Any update?

Mark sorry to hear that you have not had your refund yet.
I have had a look in to this for you and seen that a credit was placed on your account and not a refund. I have now marked this as a refund for you and our accounts team will process the refund shortly for you.

As for the postage refund please confirm how much the postage cost was and then I can look in to refunding you it.
