Default Emailing cserve - response time?

I'm in the process of chasing a (rather suprisingly) rejected RMA. Recieved an email on Saturday morning, which I replied to cserve about withing a few hours - when should i expect a reply?

    heh RMA is 234218

I started the RMA process within 7 days, and specified all the things I had tried including contacting the manufactuer to check motherboard settings etc... and that my pc is now working with borrowed ram of similar spec (although different brand).

Returning the ram to me will have absolutely no benefit as it does not work (at least with my setup, which I also checked with on "ask a question" on the item), and with the settings that the manufacturer informed me of.

Hi, the memory has been tested for 16 hours on memtest and passed with no problems, as it would seem to be incompatible with your system, we can offer to credit the memory to you Aria account which you can then use towards alternate memory.

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for looking into this for me, that would be great.

I just find it odd that I checked the compatability before hand and it was apparently ok; c'est la vie!

Hi, this has now been credited to your Aria account, it may be worth checking with the motherboard QVL list to find validated memory that is guaranteed to work with your motherboard.
