    Exclamation Another order stuck in processing...

    Hey, I placed an order over a week ago which is still showing as "processing" on the order history page. I tried contacting customer service days ago but have not received any reply. The order Reference No. is EC1208016

    I would appreciate if you could resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    its getting late now so i dont know if cserve will see this tonight but im sure they will help you sort this out in the morning.

    That's fine, I was just getting a little bugged by the lack of reply by email. It seems other people have had the same issue and it's been sorted on the forums though, so that's okay.

    I would like to ask though, if the order is dispatched tomorrow could it be made to arrive on Saturday? I've already been waiting over a week for this, and it is needed as soon as possible. I understand this kind of thing can happen and it may be nobody's fault, but it has been quite a major inconvenience for me. I notice CityLink have a Saturday delivery option, so I'd greatly appreciate if you could do this.

    i dont work for aria m8 i just like banning spammers on the forums so you would have to see what they say when you speak with them but tbh i dont think its unreasonable of you to ask them for that delivery option when they sort it out.

    Don't be surprised if the stuff turns up before the status changes.

    Has there been any progress with this yet? I find it hard to believe nobody from customer services has seen this thread considering they have replied to another. Like I said I can understand if something is wrong with the system but a simple reply saying what's happening isn't difficult. This has been the worst online shopping experience of hundreds in the past 10 years and i'm afraid if this can't be rectified satisfactoraly then I'll have to take my custom elsewhere in the future. This is a shame because I've been very happy with aria in the past.
