Hey, I placed an order over a week ago which is still showing as "processing" on the order history page. I tried contacting customer service days ago but have not received any reply. The order Reference No. is EC1208016
I would appreciate if you could resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

so you would have to see what they say when you speak with them but tbh i dont think its unreasonable of you to ask them for that delivery option when they sort it out.
