I have just looked in to this issue for you and the £11.75 was put on your Aria account as a credit and not marked as a refund.
This was myself that did this and I am sorry about the mistake here.
I have now marked the credit as a refund and emailed our accounts manager to refund the amount today.
The refund should take about 3 to 4 working days to show in your bank account.
