    Default Item not delivered correctly

    Order: EC1197144 (SORW340902)

    shipping notified 25 Dec, though I was away from my PC and missed it - showed as 'processing' on site till 10 Jan

    allegedly delivered and signed for by a Mr.Moor 28 Dec when office was closed - though recorded as present at Preston depot till mid January

    non delivery reported 2nd week January and no one on site able to identify Mr.Moor so claim raised

    Is there any progress on this matter please ?

    The claim is still under investigation with City Link at this time.
    The details have been forwarded to the claims team and we will have a response early next week. As it is showing a signature unfortunately it takes more time to investigate.
