My order has been delayed over a month due to the item not being available, despite it showing as in stock when I ordered. Within a couple of days of placing the order I was given the option of an inferior model at a higher price, or waiting for the model I ordered. No suggestion that I could cancel. I informed Aria that I wished to cancel the order twice through email and once through the website but have not received a response. I tried calling but nobody answers and I'm not waiting on the phone for hours, paying more money, on the off chance someone finally picks up the phone.
The order status changed to shipped a week ago but has not arrived, nor have I not received a refund. What is happening with this order?
