    As has been ever since, I got one email saying item was out of stock. Since then despite three emails to them I've had nothing.

    Will they ever contact me again, will they send the item, will they cancel the order, i've no idea.

    phone and forum is normaly the quickest way to get an issue like this resolved m8

    i doubt you will get a reply now as its near 11 oclock at night now but if you check back 2moz or give them a bell im sure you find out whats the hold up.

    have you checked to see if the bits you want are all back in stock?

    Hi, the order was refunded back to the payment card on 11/01/2010, funds normally take around 3 business days to clear so should be showing either today or early next week.

    Finally got refund as the part was still not in stock. Not happy with the way this was handled though, I got no contact from them until yesterday on an order raised 23rd Dec. Refund came through on 14th Jan, why couldn't they have told me they were doing that before I raised this post?
