Order Parts missing (RESOLVED)
Having used the contact form at least 5 times but no one answers.
So what is the point of advising people to use this first.

The Microsoft Internet Keyboard Quickcode: #37668 was not in the order.
It is differcult for me to phone so why doesn't anyone answer the emails.
I have bought a lot from you but if this is the level of support you offer when things go wrong I am not sure I will buy any more.

Hi there
Will get customer service on this pronto for you m8 tomorrow and will make sure its resolved tomorrow for you.
Were trying to get customer service side of things improved at the moment it would seem phoning them or using the forum is the best point of contact.
I will admit email response is poor at present but we are recruiting extra staff to cope with the extra business were now getting and hope to be fully back upto speed within a matter of days/weeks, it just finding good quality staff to do what is a very important role.
