Still no order
Placed an order last tuesday at 1.00pm still not recieved it. payment was took same day. was told it was shipped wednesday for thurs delivery even though i ordered before 1.00pm tuesday. they now say it was shipped Sunday, weird they are closed on sundays. Sent 4 Emails no answer tried rining either engagfed or on hold for 20 mins. still showing processing on web site order no EC1198476
Very poor service will not be using Aria again. now fileing claim on my credit card for non delivery.

It left Aria on day of order and is currently with Preston depo.
Due to severe weather citylink has a major backlog on all orders at the moment, with many hubs closing all together.
Have you spoke to citylink themselves with the tracking number?

allthough city link didn't collect form yourselves until monday 4th yet order was placed on the 29th at 1.51pm yest still cost me 7.95 for deliveryfor next day
If it was placed after the cut off point for next day, then that would be why. The order would be placed on the Friday, processed and picked up on the monday.. I would imagine the delivery delays are due to the snow!
EDIT: Also, if you order on a friday and want true next day delivery you have to pay for saturday delivery. I believe that the options for standard delivery is 1-2 days (unless you paid the extra for next day, which I thought was more than £7.95 when done online), which would put it right for a tuesday delivery as they are working days, rather than actual days.

So next day on a friday would be tuesday.
Which is taken from the delivery info section on the website...If you require guaranteed next day delivery on your order, then our High Priority service is available for an additional charge of £4.00 for orders placed by 4pm (increasing to £6.00 for orders placed by 5pm and to £12 for orders until 5:55pm) Monday to Thursday
Does need to mention though that next day delivery's on a Friday will be delivered Tuesday unless Saturday delivery is selected.
