if you login to the "shopping account", there is a MailSettings item, select the communication preferences in there.

In the forums, goto userCP and then Edit Options, and untick the receive email from administrators.

From what I understand, that should remove the newsletters. Although why you would want to have a chance of missing out on some of the deals is beyond me

perhaps he/she is like me and has the "specials" newsletter delivered to an email account that is not the same account as his/her forum is registered with?
I am not losing weight! I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again!

I'm the same, forums is one email and shop is another. Since having set the mailing preferences to no I've not had a single newsletter. The forums one was just for good measure as I know Gibbo used the forums to mail on xmas eve.

yeah but someone in their infinite wisdom added all the forum email address to the mailing list before Xmas. I guess this is one of those that hasn't mentioned it until now.

moved to customer care, at a guess please email customer services with the email addresses that you are receiving the newsletters to and then they can look at the issue.

Hi, please send an email to webteam@aria.co.uk with Unsubscribe Me as the subject line, this will be looked into on Monday when the office reopens.

Please include the emails address's that you are receiving the unwanted emails on. The unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email should have worked but if it hasn't then we can investigate this

I've sent the mails yet again. What ever setting you got on the forum for the linking of it i'd remove it!
