I returned an unused item during the last week of November, which was confirmed as being received back by Aria, yet still the refund hasn't been processed.
A couple of days later, I cancelled a seperate online order by telephone the day after placing it (so it was never sent out to me). Again, the refund still hasn't been processed.
I've made three phone calls to Aria and have been told 'by the end of the week' on three seperate weeks up to Christmas. Guess What? No refund.
What the hell are you playing at, Aria? Whenever I've had a refund before, the retailer inserts the credit card (or enters the details if it's "customer not present"), states how much the refund is for, presses 'OK' and then a couple of days later, the refund is showing. Over a month is disgusting and for a technology company, shameful!
Aria, are you ever going to process these refunds without external intervention?
