    Default graphics

    for xmas i got a new comp and i have tried to play dvds on it but they are blurry and hard to watch, colours like orange and red become really pixly. (the dvd is fine) My comp came with an onboard graphics, do i need to buy a graphics card to fix this?

    Hi,

    Make sure you have intalled all the drivers.

    This should sort your problems out.

    Nope, the very basic of on board graphics should be capable of playing dvd's i would imagine its a setting / codec issue.

    Go into display properties and have a poke around, if that doesn't fix it try a different media player, someone linked to one on here not long ago, VLC? or something like that??

    Hi,

    Put the color settings to 32Bit.
