    Default Ordered on the 16th and 'still' Processing

    I made an order on the 16th which went thru at 3:14 pm and took payment at 3:19 pm. When going thru the payment process and selected the delivery times it told me that it would be 1 to 2 days, now I dont expect it to be done that day, even if every new page that I had seen for that last half an hour had told me that it would be if the order before 4 pm, well each page said 5 pm, its only on the Delivery Information page that I saw 4 pm ...but that matters not.

    Friday I wanted to join these forums to see if I could get some sort of answer, so I filled in the form and then followed the link in the e-mail, when I tried to post I was told that I had to wait before I could post, so I waited for the rest of the day and over night. The next day there was "no login by that name (or something like that) and checking it looked that the account was removed. I did it all again with the same info and its still pending four days later.
    I had to create another e-mail account (one that is not the same as I use in my aria account) and it went thru in minutes ?

    But back to Friday when I wanted to get thru to someone, I used the ''contact' message system and sent a question thru, a few hours later the order status changed and now said "shipped", but with no link for tracking, I spoke to City Link they had no packages under my name.
    Monday morning the status went back to "processing".

    This morning (Tuesday, 6 days after I made the order) I had a phone call telling me that something else had gone out of stock 'while' I have been waiting for this order to go thru.

    Now when I started this order there were 2 of the cables I needed (to sort a someone's servers (something which I had said that I would do at the weekend just gone), well, there were two red blocks showing, I understand that to mean there are 2 parts in stock (shame a real number cant be used), so I took them both.
    But by the time I finished putting the order thru I was told that something was out of stock, one of these cables, even if they were the first things I put into the basket ...again no matter, I took the missing item off the list so the order could go thru and I would not have to wait, just as directed on screen to do.

    As I said, then this morning (6 days after) I have been told that now the other cable is out of stock and did I want to take it off the order, so I would not have to wait for it to come back in stock, I said yes and was told that the order would go thru right after and out that morning.

    Some 15 hours later it is still showing as pending and I very much doubt that I am going to get this delivery before the 25th, a day some of the other parts were needed for.

    I don't work for Aria but am just curious as to what you have ordered?

    Also unlucky that you have had to wait so long, i've always had pretty good dealings with Aria but haven't purchased from them in a while.

    Have you considered cancelling and ordering it from elsewhere? as 7 days is a bit of ajoke, i know places that do free delivery faster than that.

    I can only apologise for the forums part, as new members would not be aware of the issues. The forum has had some issues and I think you joined right when we were having the problems. We've been good the last couple of days.

    Regarding the actual order, I know it is being looked into as I type this.

    I can sort of understand as I expect that the picker might think that someone would only want one, I needed two.

    Lucky I worked to 5 am this morning, I had planed to go out today as there was no reason to stay in.

    I did have another Co. (that I have not used for months) say that is I got them the info by 11am Saturday (this was 7pm Friday night) that they would have the order with me Monday, I could not get hold of anyone to stop this order.

    As to what it was, I am moving my desk and had to stretch/renew the cables to 2 KVM's and add in some more servers so it was all cables, I dont expect that there was a big que to pick this order...
