For some unknown reason this was only shipped out on Monday the 14th via Royal Mail 1st class and should be with you by Friday at the latest.

It was sent out 1st class but we all know what Royal Mail are like.
I only said Friday to cover myself but it should be with you tomorrow if it was not delivered today.
