    Default Counter collection order status?

I placed an order via the web for collection on Friday just before 3 pm.
I have received the payment confirmation email, but have not yet received an email saying it is available for collection, and the order status is still processing.

When will my order be ready?
    The order number is EC1189693

The goods are currently ready for collection, you would normally have had an email notification when this was done.

Please remember to bring your ID.

I remember using this method, I'll be honest its not worth the hassle, just go down and buy and collect there and then, you'll lose 3 minutes of precious time at most lol

For small orders it may be less hassle and faster to just come round to the shop and buy from the counter. However if you have a large order you will save a lot of waiting time as all the goods have already been picked for you.
