Photoshop watermark help

I need a water mark for my photos as i'm now putting them out on line.

I'd like something that would not overaly hinder the photo but make it not so easy to use by others.

How do i make one and implerment it etc?

Is there a way i can add it to a batch of photos?

you'll need to create your watermark and save in a layer. Then there is a neat macro feature that can record your actions, goes something like add new layer, import set layer order then save.

If you have photoshop, there are many tutorials that are not worth repeating as they can describe it much better than me. Something along the lines of this
