Seems to be a new ITX value case coming out from Coolermaster, the Elite 120 Advanced.

I've considdered down'sizing my 2nd rig but ITX boards and bits seem to be scarce to fit in this case at the minute, very smart looking case though.

Depends on the platform I guess and of course if you want to overclock or not. ITX motherboards are generally aimed at the low energy and/or HTPC market so chipetsets like the H61 are the most popular although there are Z68/Z77 boards around. It will also fit a long graphics card up to 343.0 mm / 13.5 inch which is longer than even the highest end card, full size ATX PSU so power isn't a problem.
