any chance you would also get a decent delivery service to NI so that you are an option all the time rather than just large orders? considering a competitor offer NI delivery for £2.50 its a poor showing that it costs £13.40 iirc, your cheap but not enough to come close to making the difference in a lot of cases.

no thanks, end of the day money talks and i think its something aria should look at, rawz has said before that its something they are looking into but that was ages ago and nothing has changed, its just the one thing that bugs me when i asked for cheaper delivery on a competitors forum before it took a couple of months but then they announced the £2.50 NI delivery service via parcelforce, dont see why aria cant do the same

No. As far as I understand it, as you are a forum member if you get 50 posts a month you get "Free Delivery" but as you are from Ireland you have to pay the Surcharge, which is £5 inc VAT if I remember correctly. If you ring sales you can do this

because i dont always have the time to post 50 times a month, this month is the first time in a while ive been able to post as much as i would want to. but im just saying for a normal customer £13 is a lot, even just the £5 surcharge its still twice what i pay elsewhere, it just frustrating as when i dont make the post count it means that aria is not an option unless i buy something expensive as its normally cheaper elsewhere and i've been told its being worked on in the past but yet nothing has changed...

all forum users have to make x50 posts a month normally though to get the FOC car.

I was referring to the current offer though, spend more than £125 and live in NI, simply phone up telesales and pay the £5 surcharge.

cheers for the reply, that's fair enough then just seemed like NI customers were being ignored before so to speak. unfortunately for smaller items i have to go elsewhere though as it doesn't make sense if im not posting enough though
