I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this in but it does come under paid services so maybe it is, in my Advice thread I asked about Aria building the system from the components that I choose and being able to mail it to me pre-built, I've not found anywhere where this information shows on Aria.co.uk so may be a good idea to add it in the FAQ or under products with other services (e.g. Dead Pixel Check).

Think they're trying to encourage people to phone them for that service; as the problem is if customer's order incompatible components online....

But I agree, perhaps there should be a mention on the website suggesting giving them a call.

As cosford said, it is possible, as far as I can remember it is £49.99 ex. VAT

Give one of the telesales guys a ring and they should be able to go through your order, check to see if anything is incompatible and then add the build charge & any postal charges if applicable on for you to give you a total price.

They can then take payment over the phone, pass the order onto the systems guys who will build, test and then test some more just to be sure nothing is wrong and then send it out to you.

Roughly how long does it take for Aria to build a PC? I read the FAQ and it said most orders they aim to ship within 5 days?

Up to 10 days I think?

It can take up to 10 working days, for building testing and shipping.
