Why wont 3 let me give notice to end my contract with them more than 40 days before its due to end? The customer services guy kept offering me stuff when i told him not to whilst insisting I have to make another 30 min phone call the next day or incur early termination charge.
I kept telling him I don't want to end the contract early, I will pay the full 12 months and I am only giving notice to end at the end of the 12 months.
This is a complaint more than anything. I will simply just ring them tomorrow again and put up with the wait.
I've heard a lot of complaints from friends and people about trying to cancel with this mobile phone network.
