Would first like to apologise for what is most likely yet another one of these threads (x10000000000!).
I am currently a music student and will eventually be creating my own home studio. I also enjoy my photography (As some of you may know) and I do dabble in video editing.
I currently have an LG W2261VP and a crappy 17" tv as a second monitor so aim to buy a new monitor to use as a main and have my LG as the second monitor.
So yeh, emm. I am needing a nice sharp and vibrant monitor that can accurately display colours so I can happily use Photoshop/Pro Tools/Sony Vegas Pro.
The monitor I am currently looking at is the Dell Ultrasharp U2312HM which seems to be great, especially for the current price on Aria! I was hoping you all could let me know whether that is my best option, or whether I could do better. I would like the monitor to be between 22" (or 21.5" as my LG is just now) and 24" (Might go larger if my budget allows it). I have a budget of £200 maximum, but would prefer to keep it as cheap as possible.
Again thank you all and sorry for yet another thread, just needing a little advice
EDIT - Now also seen the Dell ST2220T IPS screen (But with touchscreen, which may be good for my photoediting?). Has anyone used this monitor?
