Default Advice needed from Hot chilli lovers

well was at a party last night and my friend and his dad love hot chillis and were bragging about their love for such things and they had purchased a special 6 pack of chilli sauces, cant remember which exact chillis they were but they ranged from mild -jalapeno sauce, to extreme Bhut Jolokia.

first of all, I love red jalapenos... but I never realised they are considered to be 'mild' in the world of chillis and discovered I dont really like green peppers flavour but do enjoy the full sweet ripe flavour of red peppers (exception to normal plain green bell peppers, though I still prefer red ones)

well to call them out at their own game, I decided to mix it with something I know I can do well.. drinking rum straight..

yup so chilli rum shots was the bill of the night.

going straight in for the kill, (my knowledge of chillis etc was pretty vague at best) I picked out the nice red habanero sauce as I know of and have heard this to be pretty potent, filling each shot glass with approx a level teaspoon ie 5ml of habanero sauce in each and topping the rest up with rum + a stir.

    321>>>>

I thought wow that was nice, and as ever im fine with drinking rummmm HOOOLLLLYYSSH..............

while the other guys were struggling to hold their rum the coughs stopped and silence rolled over us as our eyes met with mutal awareness that the peak for the habanero took about 1min and lasted for what felt like forever (prob only about 3-5mins) of what felt like my entire existence melting away from the inside out....

    took us all off guard...

so after coming to terms with the new found flame in my empty stomache.. I went to get some food, and after an hour we decided to go for

    round 2

    the Bhut Jolokia

having a much more potent flavour which I didnt really enjoy as much as the habanero, it had what seemed to be a quick more intense only slightly more so than the habanero, peak...

that was it for me, anyway, at least for now...

some of the other guys had a go and a new guy wanted to get in on the act ended up practically chuking his guts up which was entertaining to watch///

    anyway..

I need advice... MY POO CHUTE BURNS LIKE HELL

this may not be the right forum to ask about stuff like this... but any advice on how to chill my posterior out?

was my first time trying things as hot as this.. and I have never felt this much discomfort from this area before....

and we are fresh out of aloe coated triple velvet tissue...

Sounds like a grand night. As far as I know there is no hard and fast cure for the burning Ring of fire...it comes with the territory so wear your discomfort with pride.

Baby wipes and suchlike do help but if you haven't got any.... Ice cube up the jacksie?

Afraid to say I've never really found anything that helps the day after, as bad as it is going in the really hot ones always seem to be a lot worse coming out again.

    You need:
    1) A sock
    2) A freezer
    3) A tap
    4) Wet said sock, let it freeze
    5) you get the idea.
