I only got chance to do some basic testing mate - it defo wasn't 60fps though lol!
It was more like 40-50fps on metro (outside bit by A) but it definately felt smoother to play than my 7970@1125/1575 and that was it on stock.
I'll try to do some more testing soon.....

Ah ok bud, will hold on to the 480's a bit longer then, I get over 60fps with these but keep getting tempted by the 4GB 670's . Will resist, GK110 not that far away lol .

Sweet, now that prices have settled a bit, what do you think is better value, a GTX 670 4GB @ around £390 or GTX 680 2GB at around £375?

Im tempted to switch, Kuhler mod the card and overclock the **** out of it .

Go AMD if you want to overclock massively and take advantage of the coolers you've got, you'll probably get and extra 15-30Mhz out of watercooling kepler

Temps aren't the only advantage, these coolers are silent aswell .

    Im tempted to grab a either a GTX 670 4GB / GTX 680 /HD 7970 GHZ....

leaning towards the 4GB 670 atm, the GTX 680 2GB is cheaper though..

I will try and resist longer though lol..

I shall be treating myself to a 4GB 680 when I get paid next

still not 100% on getting one of these monitors though, really want to get a couple but not sure I can be bothered with the hassle if something does go wrong :/

Been there done that. Amd cards dont guarantee better overclocking at all. My previous 7970 cud only manage 1125 on gpu even under water! If like me bf3 is the main game u play i highly recommend nvidia 670's as 680's are overpriced tbh. This generation hasnt been a huge jump over the last so the more money one can save at this stage hopefully the more u have for the next gen.

Just got my shimian. It isn't the brighest of monitors and there is a distinct hint of blue(not sure how to change) but overall I am very happy with it.

You could try and compensate for it by messing about with the colour settings in your GPU's control panel.

I have attempted to but I can't seem to find the setting in CCC colours that makes a difference. I have also googled it and have found no results on what settings to use.

Josh (i think, might be wrong), you said you might be looking at stocking these sometime in the future, was wondering if any progress had been made to that end?
