    Default Antec 300 cooling

I was thinking of replacing the current fans that the antec 300 comes with 140mm top 120mm rear
and adding a side fan an maybe 2 front fans?

But i have no idea which ones to get , i like the idea of having LED fans but i hear that they are louder?

Also would i need some sort of cable splitter as i know i dont have enough cables for all of them

    Thanks

is up to personal preference, though a standard set up would be intake at the front, exhaust at the back and top.
LED's don't make any difference to the volume of a fan, however the better fans are made by companies who don't put LED's in them (if that makes sense).

You need to decide how much you want to spend on the fans, you can get them from 2 up to 20 really each depending on how good you want.

thats a little bit subjective to claim such a thing.

well my psu has 3 extra 4-pin connectors, i dunno if there such a way to get an adapter to change them to 3-pin?
Im willing to spend up to 10 per fan , i was looking for green LED fans, idealy not over the top loud.
    Need 2 x 120mm 1x 140mm 2 x 80mm

If you could link me some fans it would be much appreciated

    Thanks

You can plug fans onto the motherboard so don't worry about psu connectors. Only those antec tricool fans (and maybe a couple of others) use 4 pin molex, the majority use 3pin headers to plug into your motherboard
