Certain parts of the forum do not count towards your post count.

Ie Comps and Funnies sections

Yep - post somewhere other than the competitions and your post count will increase.

Ah is that why i see people posting multiple times throughout threads on the forum with a count of 0? I always assumed my computer was just being stupid

There have been many discussions about the minimum post count for competitions and that it generates much meaningless twaddle.

Posting for the sake of it is highly frowned upon though. Please contribute to the forum as spam posts can and will be removed.
