  • Bike back on the road!

Finally got my bike back on the road after >8 years off the road, and about 12 months doing it up (on and off).

    Replaced :-
    Front tyre
    Front wheel bearings
    Front brake pads
    Rear brake pads
    Rear brake disc
    Rear brake oil
    Head bearing (steering column)
    Rear shock
    Front forks
Carburettors (hacked 2 sets apart and made one good set)
    Spark plugs
    Left & right footrest hangers
    Left & right passenger footpegs
    Chain & Sprockets

Best part is the insurance - 85 fully comp for the year

What biks is that? Looks very much like the 600 CBF I did up.

Did you do much of that work yourself?

Did all the work myself barring replacing the front tyre... many blood sacrifices were made

Will get pics as soon as. Insurance are useless as are the police. Looked at hornets but wanted something bigger and fully faired.
