Right... I tried a 20 all in one thingy on 3 and I was tethering all month, no problem, got a text the other day saying tetheringredients isn't allowed on payg haha Only downloaded over 180gb...

Anyway, ignoring mobile phones. There's got to be a better solution. I NEED Internet, not too bothered about super speeds. Just the allowance. 20gb is never going to be enough. It's just ridiculous.

Does anybody know of anything that has much higher or unlimited allowance?

Satellite broadband has an intrinsic latency of about 250ms. Which is fine for browsing the web, streaming etc, not quite so OK for gaming.

I know this (I'm a Broadcast Engineer by trade) but I didn't see Mordynak wanting to game using it... surely 3/4g has a fair amount of latency involved too which is what he's using now? Just offering an unmentioned solution.

I've looked at satellite before and it just doesn't seem practical. Expensive, terrible speeds up and down.

As far as latency goes... when playing a few games online this last month my ping barely went over 100.
