be careful of dropping all sugar, real sugar is better for the gut biome than man made ones. not to mention the fact they're also empty k and some are even more energy per gram than sugar, whilst claiming to be "sugar free" xD

weight is a bs unit to gauge your health by. worry more about how big you are and how you feel. i know for sure i feel much better when i am able to be more active

big props and much love to all of you trying to be a better you <3

i haven't dropped all sugar just removed my main intakes of sugar. Used to be a 2 sugars in a coffee guy now I drink it without,
when I was at my heaviest I was constantly getting heartburn and indigestion when I ate food, other than my current hungover state I feel really good. But everything I cut down I did after talking to my doctor about ways to lose weight

        Hit 13 stone this morning.

        That's 2 stone in 22 days.

Main effect it's having on me is mentally I'm just miserable and irritable. Otherwise it's ok the hunger you just get used to, physically I'm fine.

The weight loss is slowing down though, not because I'm eating any more I just got less to loose now. Would love to get to 12 and a half stone or 80kgs, but we'll see.

I think difficult part will be reintroducing food without putting it all back on, gonna have to build it back really slowly.

2 stone in 22 days epic

Missus has dropped 1.5 stone in 2 months, calorie deficit each day, using my fitness pal, and zumba strong, along with spin 3 times a week.

A fitness thread, and no-one's mentioned Intermittent Fasting?? aka god's own weight loss programme!

Seriously, still doing it, still keeping at a healthy weight. I'm not exercising as much as I used to but the end result is I just feel a bit more tired / lazy, not actually putting any weight on.

              A month and a week later I've hit 12 stone 2lbs.

But... I ahve been eating more recently. plenty of fresh vegetables and fish etc, eating more than I at the start, and I'm doing lots of walking. Bank holiday weekend I walked 28 miles over 3 days. found a good route I can do on my lunch break at work 3.20 miles takes me 50 minutes.

That being said, today the outlaws took us out for lunch and I had roast port, was awesome. I drank quite a bit today.

Infact, given that it is 24 minutes past 8 on a school night, I am rather pickled

Once you start leaning up/more exercise, metabolism increases, along with maintaining lower cals, cheat days don't usually do that much damage, if anything at all.

Still going, lowest I hit was 11st 9lbs, which is 3 stone 5 lbs less then when I started end of June. Been maintaining now for over a month, in a lot of ways I am finding maintaining not easy.

I walk during weekdays just over 3 miles per day, but I am finding really gotta watch what I eat. I think my body has become very efficient. Anyway do feel much better now, aside from the walking I do during the week I also do on the weekends now and then did a lot of walking in Wales over new years around the valleys.
