      • Very nice write-up mate and some good training for the ring ride

I'll be stretching the legs on Bronny and Felicity too to crank the miles up (with inevitable downtime as the house move takes place) .........

        • Cheers.

The thought of 160k fills me with dread and joy lol! What's the house move date?

          • Ha ha, yep, so long as the weather isn't so bad and we get a decently early start I'm sure we'll be fine with plenty of in ride snacks

Hoping, fingers crossed, we may be moving a week on Friday !!! (Now that I am not looking forward to)

              • The altitude seems to be very different -- there must have been some serious hill climbing in that 0.3m difference between the rides....

I think a Strava Elevation correction is needed...

definitely one of the lowest heart rate rides I've done in a while...

I think we need to do it twice next time , just to make sure we can survive the 100 mile ring ride

                • You had 14% more "easy easy chair" Zone 1 action! Reckon those dual position Pikes with the 130mm setting, clip in pedals, and 26lbs Giant Trance are to blame!

We already know your barometer is goosed after a 1 hour cycle in the wash at 40*c, coloured cotton edition. 3k plus matches the GPX. (plus the added ridge none GPX'd bits)

                      • Well priced Gold rated Dlock, if anyone needs one,

                        https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...5W3CD0IU&psc=1

                        Was about to get this

                        https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kryptonite-...eywords=m18-wl

But checked out the list and for 1mm less thickness, whilst keeping gold, the Brute looks bang for buck

                          Few Felicity related purchases

                          Cheapo but light bottle holders

Tubes (rims are tubless will get tubless tyres at somepoint too)

Can never have enough of these (especially at 2.50 each!!!)

                          And a bit of bling
