Yep, one needed a little tighten

As a side thought - if i decided to go single up front and extender ring on the back - what do i need / need to do to the front end to rid it of the double ring set up ?

                Ha...

narrow wide ring would be adviseable although a chain guide can also be used, works components NW are around 20 and decent quality - http://www.workscomponents.co.uk/cha...-cogs-19-c.asp
                Sunrace MS3 is what I have, 40 at Triton cycles - http://www.tritoncycles.co.uk/compon...assette-p14798
                Possibly a longer b screw, ebay for 2.50 - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/B-Tension-...sAAOSwGotWrmUs

As for what to do.....remove front mech and old chainrings, add new chainring, ?????, profit?

                        • Shedding the front mech and shifter makes space for a dropper remote too

Without going to #discobike levels of crazy I mean

                          • So I priced up a 12 speed eagle at mates yesterday (as seen in vids gold with black 50t) looked at gear ratios too, compared to my triply the granny still wasn't quite as good, and the stomping KOM high gear still wasn't quite as good, but the 50t got close, heres the price...
