Was kinda looking forward to the snow this year despite the affect it has the country. Which to be fair is a shambles. Other countries manage alot better!

Mostly cold and misty, no signs of snow

Somewhat off topic. Our local council embarrassingly forgot to order extra grit last year, This year they've topped that by stalling/messing around and left it to late to order extra road grittters. ETA of gritters Late Jan 2012....

We don't ever seem to get just mist here. Its either clear, or thick fog with visibility down to about 4m..

Last night we had unbelievable rain for about an hour at about 3am. The heaviest I've seen for ages!

Mist is really nice, especially if it's nice area of country side, quite hilly with woods and green and wildlife etc.

What a bunch of girls you lot are!!

It's still much warmer than usual for this time of year. It's only 5.4 degrees here today but even that is warmer than usual. This time last year we had a foot of snow on the ground and was well below zero.

Always seems to take ages for the temperature to really drop where we are, still sitting around with a t-shirt on and the windows open, barely ever get any meaningful amounts of snow here either.
