  • The Sun website hacked

Looks like Lulzsec have taken the Sun's Website down and put in place a re-direct to their twitter feed. They had a story on the front page of Murdoch being found dead in his garden.

Well done, Lulzsec. These scum deserve all they get.

    YNWA!

Those who believe in telekinetics, raise my hand.

Oh the irony... The hackers being hacked...

They've said they're taking over News International's sites and are even handing out mobile numbers of staff on Twitter via @anon_alex

        Karma at it's finest....

i don't like lulzsec for one reason.

They only hack ( HOW CAN YOU CALL DDOSing HACKING? OH I AM SENDING YOU LOTS OF PACKETS OF DATA SO I AM HACKING YOU, yer,,,,,) to grab attention. All they are doing is trying to be is "Anonymous" and his crew. They hacked FOR A REASON. A good one. Yes the whole point was to grab attention but not for themselves. They are just proving a point.

Liverpool supporters are calling for them to put a re-direct from the Sun's main page to www.dontbuythesun.co.uk

We all know the crap they posted regarding Hillsborough so I would be only too happy to see that put in place.

They broke into the CMS which NI uses, apparently, and added some javascript which would redirect to any URL they specified; initially they sent visitors to their faked up 'Murdoch is dead' version of the sun, then later they redirected to their twitter account.

There was also a DDOS of other News International sites at the same time, I believe.
