Recommend me some 2.0 speakers

What are the best bang for buck speakers that don't take up too much space? I do like to listen to a bit of music and watch stuff. Gaming I do on headphones.

I would prefer a 2.0 speaker set as I dislike huge soundwoofers. Already have a Trust one I'm getting rid of, and that took up too much space.

Branded/unbranded I don't care. What's the best system under £100, then £200.

Audioengine A5+ seems to get quite good reviews, but that's over £200.

I second the T40s. I've rehomed mine to the office PC at home after I installed a Bose home cinema setup for the gaming PC. I couldn't bear to part with the T40s. They're excellent.

I also recommend some T40's, I have some and they are surprisingly powerful.

Another T40 series 2 fan here...cant recommend them enough.. loads of places for about £80
