It boots, and it runs Windows98 with a whopping 128MB of RAM... yes, MB
Our first proper home PC had 16mb ram. Ran everything nicely

But then we were upgrading from a BBC Model B and an Amstrad PCW9512.

Ah one of those.. That's an old system then. Could be as 'new' as the Pentium 1 era possibly though?

I had something very similar spec when I was going through Uni in 1998. I had a P2-400 but AMD K6's were out around that time too. 3DFX Voodoo 2 card made all the difference playing HL1 and FF7

    Super socket 7?

Think it's quite late as not many baby AT boards had PS2 connectors iirc

I knew you'd be all over this like a rash

I haven't got the full spec myself yet Some excellent guesses so far, not all right though

    ISA bus...

So will be a late 486 early Pentium Board.

will be Baby AT form factor with an I/O card.

Board looks like it may be an early Gigabyte offering?

    Cirus Logic graphics card.

Sound blaster 16 or an Asound Isa Soundcard?
