                • Very nice indeed! What sort of timings are you running?

My CHVI has immense cold boot issues and it's something they really need to sort out. It always defaults to 2133 when booting cold, and then it often gives me an F9 (same as 00 on Intel) when attempting to load the profile that's perfectly stable.

                  • Stock xmp profile is 17-18-18-38-2t 1.35v when i enable it the board sets 18-18-18-38-1t and i had to run 1.4v vdimm for it to be stable.

Im gonna try tighter timings, i know my kit can do 15-15-15-30 3600mhz 1.4v on intel, if i cant do that i will lower the freq to 3200mhz and run tighter primary/tertiary timings.

Also going to shoot for 4.1ghz on the core although i have already quickly tried and it wasn't stable under real bench, think i might get it if i fiddle for a bit.

For an itx board im really impressed, Although uefi is lacking in some oc settings and it also has no LLC setting (I have to set 1.44v in uefi, that nets me 1.42v idle and a stable 1.4v under load, setting 1.5v in uefi idles at 1.475v but nets 1.45v under load).

I did worry about vrm temps with such a small heatsink but i stuck a temp probe on the vrm and it gets to a max of 65c under full load with no direct airflow so im pretty impressed/happy with that.

Happy with cpu temps also, 70c max cpu temp after 1 hour of realbench stress. And even that was just a spike for a few seconds looking at ryzen masters log. Gaming temps dont go past 60c ish. (Thats with a 1080ti in the loop, 1x EK XE 240 1x EK XE 120 rads.)

Already feels loads better compared to my old 7700k 5.1ghz with 4133mhz ram.

i dont seem to have any issues with CBB, so im pretty lucky.

Happy bunny, ill shove some scores up soon.

I've got big issues with mine.

                        • Oh dear, I'm constantly reading about issues with this platform. Hopefully I don't eventually run into any! Everything seems pretty solid for me, doesn't mean I won't get issues down the line tho

                          • Hanging on the 0d code is a memory problem as I found out when I bought the wrong type for my ryzen build mate, got the right stuff and it never happened again.

                            • That's the thing, It ticks over so slowly between B2 and then into A9 that you can actually see each code. 0d is normal between those codes as it already performed all necessary memory training before entering B2.

I'll slap in a generic stick to see if there's any difference, though. Thanks mate.
